Movie Review: A Good Man

We had been at the Reel Cinemas in the Dubai Mall yesterday to watch Steven Seagal’s A Good Men.  The  Plot in short:

After an illustrious special ops career ends in disaster, Alexander agoodmanmovieposter(Steven Seagal) goes off the grid and attempts to lead a quiet life as a handyman at an apartment complex.  But when one of his tenants and her family fall under the thumb of a Russian gangster, Alexander is dragged into an all-out war between rival Chinese and Russian gangs that forces him to defend the tenant’s family.  It also brings him face to face with an old foe – giving him one more chance to reconcile his past.

It is not a bad movie and certainly one of the better ones of Steven Seagal nevertheless bringing a lot of action.  If you do not like the typical Seagal movie this one is not for you.  The plot is quite good with the one or another unexpected turn.  Even Victoer Webster in the role as Sasha did very well I must say, he did most of the fighting scenes.  Tzi Ma in the role of the main villain plays in the end the same role he played in 24. Which he did brilliantly back there.  Over all it is a nice flick to watch and be entertained…

Movie Rating : 3.5 Stars
