It’s been now another week since i posted about the hapiness we faced with the Samsung Service Center in Al Barsha. After trying to call them yesterday evening at 9 o’clock multiple times with nobody picking up i decided to call them again today morning.
Well not being the most polite person at 8 o’clock i was explaining them very clearly that if within one hour there is no proper information this will be not very good for them.
Well they told me suddenly the notebook is done since yesterday. Thanks for calling by the way…
Going there today to pick the notebook up we found out that they had opened a new job card on the ,17th of July. Funny on this is that it seems that they had really cancelled the old job and after the first trouble on the phone they decided to open a new one… Asking how long the warranty on the new main board and the new memory is they told me one month. Seriously? 1 month? That is really a joke… This is definitely the last Samsung product purchased in our household, as good as the products might be, the service simply sucks so much that it is not worth buying it.,,
